As soon as your order is processed, you will be contacted to schedule a collection appointment. Our headquarters are in via Giuseppe Cuzzi 2 (Viale Certosa area) and our opening hours are as follows: 9.30-17.00 from Monday to Friday.

FOR ON-SITE RETREATS DURING PROFESSIONAL TRAINING COURSES

As soon as the order is processed and payment is received we will send you a confirmation email (times vary depending on the payment method chosen, approximately 48 hours for Paypal/Credit Card or 3-5 working days for bank transfer) .

ATTENTION: WITHDRAWAL DURING A COURSE IS RESERVED ONLY FOR STUDENTS ENROLLED IN COURSES TAKEN IN MILAN (head office and warehouse location). IF YOU INTEND TO COLLECT THE GOODS ON THE OCCASION OF A PROFESSIONAL COURSE HELD IN MILAN, WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED FOR, SEND AN EMAIL TO commerciale@posturalmed.com, NOTING THE DATE OF THE COURSE/NAME OF THE COURSE AND NAME OF THE TRAINER WHO COLLECTS THE GOODS.

COLLECTION IS POSSIBLE AT POSTURAL SERVICE SRL, VIA G. CUZZI N.2 MILAN - VIA YOUR OWN COURIER (send the name of the relevant courier to commerciale@posturalservice.it to arrange the appointment)

VIA COURIER ESTABLISHED BY POSTURAL SERVICE

TRANSPORT COSTS ARE SUBJECT TO THE WEIGHT/VOLUME RATIO.

At the time of shipment you will also receive a tracking number from Mail Boxes Etc to track and control your shipment; we recommend that you also check your junk mail if it is labeled as spam. If the courier cannot find anyone at the indicated address, he will leave a delivery notice and you can contact him again to organize a new delivery attempt. Upon delivery of the order, if the package is visibly damaged, BEFORE SIGNING, ask the courier to indicate "signature subject to control", so that we can take action against the courier if there is damage to the products ordered. It is not possible to claim compensation from the deliveryman who is making the delivery, so contact us at no. 02/39257427 and we will take care of everything. We remind you that, as indicated in the conditions of sale, complaints for courier damage are not accepted after 8 days from receipt of the order or in the absence of the original box/envelope.

NB ONLY IN THE CASE OF PURCHASE OF THE BASIC PROFESSIONAL TRAINING PACKAGE + 1 PANCAFIT, AS REQUIRED BY THE REGULATION, THE GOODS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED ON THE MONDAY AFTER REGULAR PARTICIPATION IN THE FIRST TRAINING WEEKEND.
