In each of the positions chosen at the discretion of the therapist based on tests, the oscillating stick can assume the inclination that best suits at that moment and according to need.
Note worthy of interest: in order to best modulate the state of tension you wish to exercise and depending on which area of the posterior chain you intend to put under greater stress, the support surface of the feet can be modulated as desired. The same result can be obtained by reducing the recurvatum (if present), or by implementing a slight flexum of the knees. In this exercise, maximum globality and completeness is achieved by acting on the arms at the same time. The various application possibilities make this exercise one of the most complex, but at the same time the most powerful.
