Elafit, an elastic tubular, is specifically designed to be used on Pancafit®. Simple and functional for the use for which it was created: maintaining a state of good health without exaggerating with efforts and without damaging your posture. If used according to the instructions, its correct and regular use is able to maintain the right tone and trophism while respecting the posture.

  • Exercise for the pectoral muscles (see photo 1). Simple but functional; be careful so that the shoulders do not close.
  • Variant exercise for the pectoral and triceps muscles (see photo 2). You can adjust the intensity of the effort and maintain correct postures with the spine self-stretching and not compressed.
  • Exercise for the deltoid muscles (see photo 3). This exercise must be performed with care to avoid overloading the trapezius muscles and therefore the cervical spine. The position of the back and neck facilitates correct execution.
  • Exercise for the abductor muscles of the thighs (see photo 4). It can be managed according to the angles of Pancafit® and the length of Elafit. This will avoid overloading the lumbar area, which will try to intervene unduly.
  • Exercise for the dorsal and scapular muscles (see photo 5). This exercise must be carried out with more attention than the others, as it acts on toning the posterior chain (already highly stressed in daily life), and has a tendency to incorrectly place the shoulders in front. So perform it lightly, taking care of the movements.
  • Exercise for the dorsal and scapular muscles (see photo 6). It can be performed with various intensities, starting from multiple positions and at the same time safeguarding the spine.
  • Variant exercise for the triceps muscles (see photo 7). Simple, adjustable in intensity, it acts to protect the spine.
  • Exercise for the biceps muscles (see photo 8). Take advantage of the correct angle of Pancafit® and the attachment of Elafit to the feet. The intensity of the effort can be modulated by bending the lower limbs or limiting the rise of the forearms. The starting premise is respect for the column which must be maintained in self-stretching.
  • Variant exercise for the triceps muscles (see photo 9). The column will be able to remain well adherent, thus avoiding arching.
  • Exercise for the dorsal, biceps and infrascapular muscles (see photo 10). The recommended position and suggestions for correct execution ensure that the exercise can be carried out with benefit, excluding damage to the spine. Pay attention if the dorsal section is straightened or inverted in curve.
