The hemispheres (made by Postural Service) are composed of a particular mixture which gives them a very high dynamic response memory. This particularity makes them a unique and versatile product, to be used as a mechanical and proprioceptive stimulus in various areas of the body.
The hemispheres can be used in the treatment of falling metatarsal heads. Together with the trapezoidal slat, they serve as a proprioceptive stimulus and as a push against the metatarsal heads (see photos 1-2). The decompensated posture assumed on Pancafit allows you to act on the muscle chains and not on individual effects, amplifying the results.

This accessory can also be used in "postural quadrupedia", both to push back the metatarsal heads and to act in decompressive diastasis on the metatarsal segments. In this case they also serve to increase the closure of the ankle angle and thus act more on the posterior chain. Through further action of the therapist, it is also possible to act on the claw or hammer fingers.
Still in "postural quadrupedia", the use of the hemispheres is supportive when acting on the flat foot and rigid metatarsals (see photo 3). In this case the aim is to exasperate the fall of the arch of the foot to involve and treat the hyper-programmed chain more. Finally, useful for treating and stimulating the sacral area while lying on the ground or on Pancafit®. In fact, they exert a pleasant relaxing action on the paravertebral and sacral muscles, acting slowly and indirectly also on the internal part of the sacrum (see photo 4).
