This accessory is strongly recommended if the patient has difficulty relaxing the neck or muscles in general (see photo 1-2-3) and in the case of cervical rectification caused by whiplash, anteriorly dislocated coccyx, etc. (see photo 4).
The Roll is useful for performing decontracting, relaxing and proprioceptive exercises. It is very suitable for exercises concerning the anterior part of the neck and repositioning of the hyoid, for the supra- and infrahyoid muscles and for the mediastinal/diaphragmatic tendon, provided that the overall treatment and postures used are respected. The effect obtained on the laryngeal area is notable.
It can also be used as a reduction of the recurvatum (see photo 5) or as a therapeutic strategy where necessary.
Also useful to avoid the discomfort of feet pointing to the ground during a treatment (see photo 6).
In the case of more complex treatments, two Rolls can also be used at the same time (see photo 7).
