The leg lock belt is long enough to be of assistance in case of treatment for varus knees. The feet must remain perfectly together without creating disturbance anywhere else.
The use of the leg lock belt can be useful when you want to operate on Pancafit® in a semi-closed chain and it can also be positioned at ankle height. Also in the case of this product, it is possible to carry out a combined action using multiple accessories at the same time.
In the case of photo 4, the leg lock belt, the big toe band, the toe separators and the trapezoidal slat have been combined.

The central hole houses the support of the occiput, making it extremely easy to place the head in the center of Pancafit® in a rigorously decompensated manner. Of fundamental use in the treatment of the transverse chain, the shims can be used as wedges or shims under the popliteals (see photo 4). Their consistency and shape allow the force and impact of the knee to be distributed so that it keeps the shoulder decompensated.
