This set (designed by Prof. Raggi, created by Postural Service) is one of the most familiar and successful accessories. Its easy and immediate use and the resulting results make these accessories true stars.

The set consists of two single and two combined star-balls, fused together for a third of their surface. Built with particular material with "very high memory" and "dynamic response", they always slowly return to their original shape.

The “U” support (made by Postural Service) is a particular double telescope structure.

Fundamental for performing self-stretching exercises while seated, respecting personal limits, and easily adjustable in 5 positions.

The "U" shaped support is placed under the leg side, i.e. the longest side of Pancafit®, and can accommodate any weight and body structure. At the base it fits into the first two holes and at the top it fits onto the iron tube.

The Castle (made by Postural Service) is a very useful accessory for raising Pancafit® from the ground.

Its primary function is to help those patients who, due to motor difficulties or joint problems, are unable to bend down and go down to the ground. In this case the therapist helps the patient to sit down, lie down and finally get up once the treatment is finished.

Its purpose is to provide support to the back in times of need, tiredness, overload and pain. It takes the name of "travel lumbar", as it was originally created to be fastened at the waist and to follow the person in various activities, in sport, in the gym, in the car. In fact, its comfortable strap with three rings for fastening makes it so that it can also be used comfortably on the chair at home or at the desk.

The set of pads (made by Postural Service) is one of the most used accessories. Consisting of a cervical pad and a lumbar pad, the set is available in the classic color range: blue, red, green. The features and shape of the curve were designed to perform various functions. Where the lumbar spine has become rectified (predisposing to certain spinal pathologies - discopathies, protrusions, herniated discs - etc.), the cushion is used to progressively restore the physiological curve.
