These "breech toe separators" arise from already existing concepts, although normally used for non-therapeutic or health purposes.
By exploiting our ability to "transform nature" to "advantage posture and health", we have made it a new, revolutionary and therapeutic form.
The density, height and their shape has been modified, adapted to postural needs. This new shape makes these toe separators two "little giants".
The kit consists of two types of "therapeutic densities", represented by two colors .

The hemispheres (made by Postural Service) are composed of a particular mixture which gives them a very high dynamic response memory. This particularity makes them a unique and versatile product, to be used as a mechanical and proprioceptive stimulus in various areas of the body.
The hemispheres can be used in the treatment of falling metatarsal heads. Together with the trapezoidal slat, they serve as a proprioceptive stimulus and as a push against the metatarsal heads (see photos 1-2). The decompensated posture assumed on Pancafit allows you to act on the muscle chains and not on individual effects, amplifying the results.

Inextensible band with Velcro for hallux valgus (made by Postural Service).
Created to treat hallux valgus while the patient is in a global decompensated posture on Pancafit® in order to act on the muscle chains, mainly responsible for this condition (see photo 1). The action of the big toe band is particularly effective provided that the muscle chains are adequately stressed in accordance with this method.

Leg lock belt (made by Postural Service) made up of a canvas band reinforced with Velcro.

White is the most accessible even for those who have particularly shrunken toes and are therefore less willing to change and return to normal shapes.
The blue color is instead represented by the stronger and more decisive consistency.
After years of experimentation, here are some tips.
It is recommended to start with white for no more than 15 in the evening (on the sofa or walking barefoot), to be used every day for approximately 15 days. From 15' you can progressively move up to a desired time. After that you can move on to the next phase with the stronger density.
NB
- They should not be worn with shoes on.
- They must be placed appropriately up to the roots of the fingers.
- The widest/thickest part of the toe separator should be positioned between the big toe and the second toe.
- It should be positioned on the sole of the foot.

This accessory can also be used in "postural quadrupedia", both to push back the metatarsal heads and to act in decompressive diastasis on the metatarsal segments. In this case they also serve to increase the closure of the ankle angle and thus act more on the posterior chain. Through further action of the therapist, it is also possible to act on the claw or hammer fingers.
Still in "postural quadrupedia", the use of the hemispheres is supportive when acting on the flat foot and rigid metatarsals (see photo 3). In this case the aim is to exasperate the fall of the arch of the foot to involve and treat the hyper-programmed chain more. Finally, useful for treating and stimulating the sacral area while lying on the ground or on Pancafit®. In fact, they exert a pleasant relaxing action on the paravertebral and sacral muscles, acting slowly and indirectly also on the internal part of the sacrum (see photo 4).

One of the greatest expressions of techniques and postures for the treatment of numerous pathologies is given by the combination of elements (as shown in photo 2) such as:
- hallux valgus band;

- toe separators to act on the entire foot and the terminal part of the muscle chains (made by Postural Service);

The set consists of two single star-balls and two merged ones, fused together for a third of their surface. Built with particular material with "very high memory" and "dynamic response", they always slowly return to their original shape. For this reason, when they are used on the paravertebral muscles, they initially accept being crushed and deformed thanks to the rigidity of the muscles to be treated. Then progressively, as soon as these relax, the star-balls recover their shape, thus regaining the power to penetrate the deepest bundles of the muscles. This action makes the column much more plastic and flexible.
The star-balls can be used both on the floor and on Pancafit®. The double star balls have been enriched with a system to be able to hook and stabilize them directly on Pancafit at the desired point. The advantage that comes from assisted use on Pancafit® is that by varying the angles, it is possible to vary the intensity of the impact on the muscles and this makes the star-balls an adjustable accessory for every need and availability. Normally we start from the upper area of the back and reach the end of the thoracic area (see photo 9-10-11-12-13).
The use of star-balls in the lumbar area is not recommended unless under the supervision of a professional who knows the condition of the spine.
The enclosed instructions explain comprehensively the correct and extensive use of this accessory, which can also be of support in the treatment of other parts of the body:
- the buttocks can be treated bilaterally (see photo 14)
- the hamstrings and the muscles of the calf area, both unilaterally and bilaterally at the same time (see photo 1-2-15-16)
- the sole of the foot, always remaining in posture on Pancafit® (see photo 3)
- in the treatment of knee valgus, used between the two femoral condyles to stabilize the knees and prevent them from internally rotating during tension - feasible and functional only in decompensated postures (see photos 4-7)
- in the treatment of knee varus, used between the two tibial malleoli to stabilize the feet in the correct position and make the action of the belt around the knees more functional - feasible and functional only in decompensated postures (see photos 5-8)
- to stress and treat the transverse chain
- for the treatment of knees, feet, etc. in decompensated posture in closed chain
- at the retromalleolar level to stabilize the hindfoot (see photos 5-8)

The central hole houses the support of the occiput, making it extremely easy to place the head in the center of Pancafit® in a rigorously decompensated manner. Of fundamental use in the treatment of the transverse chain, the shims can be used as wedges or shims under the popliteals (see photo 4). Their consistency and shape allow the force and impact of the knee to be distributed so that it keeps the shoulder decompensated.
